Bella Vendetta Assistant Position:
Begins: Feb 9th 2024
Overview:
I will be having a surgery requiring 4-8 weeks of recovery time, as well as house hunting and buying this year, so I anticipate not being able to keep as regular hours or be in the office as much as is required.
I am looking for an assistant to help me with tasks required to run BOTH of my businesses:
TreasuresCams and VendettaVerse
Duties include:
Answering, filing/sorting emails as needed, and forwarding relevant emails to me.
Keeping email contacts current and adding and creating new contacts as we onboard new models.
New model onboarding including sending pre written instructions, creating and logging logins and answering questions new models may have.
Creating spreadsheets for model specialties, contact info and earnings.
Creating spreadsheets and collecting data on adult industry awards.
Take care of recording model earnings and report them to me so on time payouts can occur
Updating social media accounts on twitter, ig and possibly others.
Creating model profiles and implementing affiliate links.
Resizing, uploading and creating new photo and video updates for members as well as free blogs on VendettaVerse.
Making sure all models on the site have current login info
Write and send newsletters
Participate in bi weekly check in meetings with me to let me know what’s going on, and what requires my attention.
Requirements:
The ability to thoroughly read and follow through with instructions.
The ability to make checklists, take meticulous notes and stay on a schedule
Helpful skills in and familiarity with:
Google, gmail, calendars, forms, social media platforms, editing software, making spreadsheets, creating invoices, zoom, slack and online forums.
customer service and willingness to help models succeed.
Experience working with marginalized identities, queer folks and SWers.
The ability to create and maintain a schedule.
Added bonus if you:
Have experience with wordpress
Can create tiktoks/reels/short videos
Have experience writing ad copy
Understand SEO
Have lived experience with sexwork
Pay is: $20 per hour
$15 per hour during training.
2-5 hours per week.
This is a 100% virtual position, with potential to become permanent, or more hours as we grow. You can decide your own hours that you work, but creating a schedule and keeping to it is imperative.
Willing to train the right person on many of these aspects.
Must sign an NDA to not share sensitive information or company secrets outside of communications with me directly.
Company tablet/chromebook available (some folks like to work on their own equipment more, so we can discuss this aspect)
Company has a great affiliate program so you can also get bonus earnings for bringing your own traffic, and I am willing to pay a bonus $$ amount for referring new models that you bring on board as well.
