Right before the pandemic hit, I was enjoying life making art in My studio. I was beginning to get booked for photoshoots and making some progress with technical skills.
I had a great work/life balance and boundaries around work mostly having to do with the fact that I HAD a studio, and thus some dedicated space to work and create.
When covid hit I had to shut the studio down. For one, we were required to pay full rent and we couldn’t even access the building for a few months during the height of the pandemic. And two, I just wasn’t really comfortable with the thought of doing stuff inside with people.
These days, I am actually still more vigilant about the pandemic than anyone I know, but I am getting a little more comfortable actually doing things again. I am vaxxed and boosted and will be operating with ventilation and testing and air filtration and masking and not doing any big group things inside, but I AM ready to make some fukin art again!
SO: I spent a few months looking and looking. And looking some more. Here there and everwhere at spaces. Feeling nervous feeling anxious, meeting landlords and making up stories about Myself or at least leaving some stuff out to try and get in good with them.
At one point I had another photographer friend come in and we were gonna get a studio together. But we had some miscommunications and I felt a little nervous about committing to something with someone I didn’t know that well and didn’t feel like I could talk to so I pulled out of that. Nothing big or major this person is not an asshole and is in fact a super great photographer who I have much to learn from and I hope we can still be cool and work together.
Just…. didn’t feel right.
Then I found a space I really loved and I got to the point of signing the lease and then I saw that it said like the studio can not be used for non prurient purposes and doing so would be a violation of the lease and I just like, had this panic of having to spend the next years pretending I wasn’t like, shooting onlyfans content and experimental fetish videos, and focusing on commercial photography and maternity shoots and family stuff, which is all good and fine but…
Something didn’t feel right and I pulled out at the last minute there too and it began to feel like it just wouldn’t happen ever.
Then I found out that My old studio was actually for rent.
I had so many mixed emotions. There was pluses and minuses, the cons being that it’s hot hot in the summer and cold cold in the winter. And the landlord is, well, different, and a little difficult.
But, I went to go check it out to see how it felt and you know what:
It felt really good.
I got to meet up with My friend and smoke at a nearby river.
I got to see it repainted and looking great.
I got to see the possibilities of what it would be as an office space and photo creation space.
Not as a modge podge of storage and session space and photo space and model airbnb.
Clean white walls full of possibilities.
Long well lit hallways begging to have fetish models clink around in heels.
Tall ceilings waiting for My aerial silks
Huge windows I can hang plants and grow green things.
Yes, it’s a multi floor walk up and it’s hot and there’s hornets but. Hornet spray exists and fans exists and being in a historical building is awesome and next to so much gorgeous nature and so many different spaces for photoshoots.
The landlord is a lil difficult but, he’s also a moody artist, like Me, and is in full support of the type of art I make.
SO: I signed the lease!
She is Mine yet again in September!!! I can’t wait to begin creating there again!
I’m stoked to spend fall looking at the foliage on the mountain and winter watching snow out the big huge north facing windows.
Just WOW I am so so happy.
There’s alot of things I really need for the studio, so I’vw created a wishlist, which has a priority and explanation for each item. Anything sent for the studio would be super appreciated!

YES, it’s true, I am re-opening My photography studio.
I am actually going back to My old studio! So those of you blessed enough to have visited during the 2.5 years I had, knew what a special place it was.
I am excited to go back to it, with a slight upgrade and with different use.
I think before it was primarily session space, porn shooting space and an office. Over time it became more of an retreat style home for wayward models who needed a place to stay. It was writers retreat for My friends from NY and then became headquarters for TeamClearHeels413 as things ramped up.
During the times I worked as manager at Club Castaway, I always felt sad, like I was being ripped away from My special place, My soul was being called there and I got My best work done there. And instead I was driving an hour, over a mountain to go work in an office that was dank and dark and had no internet and shitty cell service instead of sitting at My nice desk overlooking the mountains. It was also depressing cuz I was paying rent there and because of how much I was working at the club 50+ hours per week plus 10+ hours of driving each week, I was barely there.
I always felt like it was a missed opportunity and I didn’t get to finish what I started there. I am SO thrilled to be back in that same space.
I have no plan to return it to being a commercial dungeon space, nor will I be moving BDSM equipment in (unless it’s for a particular photoset)
I also have no interest in returning to professional Domination. I am too busy and don’t wish to have the added risks involved.
I AM however, very interested in find two great, lifestyle submissives, who want to serve on an ongoing basis in a more personal level than per hour sessions. There will be training, and playtime, but I have never been a service top and don’t wish to be clock watching or conducting business in that way anymore. Submissives will be expected to contribute a monthly amount towards studio upkeep, and prices for that will really vary depending on individuals circumstances.
Meetings would be 1-2 times monthly and perhaps 3-4 times if circumstances warrant or I need something extra.
Submissives must be fully vaccinated.
Priority will be given to submissives who I have a history with and have served Me before.
Submissives should have something to offer, cleaning services, craft services, ability to supply needed merchandise or supplies.
Services for Me are varied, they include running errands, cleaning, driving Myself or other models, setting up and breaking down vending at events, yardwork, and more.
Some of the perks aside from being around ME are the opportunities to serve multiple Dommes and be of service to beautiful Femmes and models who make up the Pink Moon Collective.
It’s a big plus if you are interested in being in videos!
