Please meet Carin Teresa. A gorgeous multi talented soul. Photographer, model, breathe coach, writer and so much more. She regularly takes a swim in icy cold conditions to manage chronic pain and for meditative purposes. I was thrilled to meet up with her and work our way down a slushy bank and get to take these photos. The sun was just beginning to break through after a really rough winter. It felt great and was so beautiful to witness.
