November Vibes are all about change reflection and planning, at least they are for Me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019ve been working My way through a \u201cFall Foods\u201d list that I made in the summer. We\u2019ve been eating SO good and SO clean and SO man vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I sometimes toy with the idea of going vegetarian or vegan, but\u2026that\u2019s a blog for another day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SO some of the stars of the fall season menu have been:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Carrot ginger soup, which is great for building the old immune system up!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I made some fall nachos,with roasted butternut squash and kale on them, and some excellent local cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I made meatloaf, loaded with mushrooms and onions, with a spicy sriracha sauce on top, paired with roasted turmeric sweet potatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I made pumpkin soup, roast chicken with pumpkin, roast pumpkin seeds, pumpkin honey bread, pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, and then made pumpkin cream cheese apple fritters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I made shepherds pie, roast pork loin, goulash and smoked turkey legs!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I made roast veal shanks and veal stock and risotto with the veal stock and made lots of chicken stock with ginger and fresh sage and lemon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019ve been eating for health and immunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I feel pretty accomplished, and like I got alot out of fall. I took so many gorgeous foliage pics and had some awesome senior portrait sessions. I watched horror movies in the back of My car on the top of Mount Greylock, I carved pumpkins and went on hikes and in general, had a pretty picture-esque New England Fall Season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This winter came outta nowhere and doesn\u2019t seem to be going away so I guess it\u2019s just straight into winter now. Which is unfortunate because I didn\u2019t get to winter over My garden the way I wanted to but everything is already frozen already.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today I am in the studio, My photoshoot cancelled because the model was exposed to covid, and I am thankful she values her own and My health enough to stay home and isolate. So, instead I am catching up on office work, making logins for folks I\u2019d promised them to forever ago, and updating the site!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I just released a video of Me Domming Kitten Dabstar in the woods and beating her with a bouquet of roses, and that\u2019s a big deal because it\u2019s the first thing I\u2019ve shot with another human since covid. You can check that out here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
